Aneta Kartali

I finished my bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in 2018 and master’s degree (M.Sc.) in 2019 in the field of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, at the faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade. I have gained five years of industry experience, working in research and development of electroencephalography (EEG) systems and in the automotive industry in automation of system performance tests carried out on electric drive axles.

Currently, I am an assistant researcher and a PhD student at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana. My research interests lie in the field of human-computer interaction, wearable sensing, electrophysiological signal processing and analysis, and machine learning. My current research is oriented towards deep learning applications for automated assessment of physiological and cognitive states.
