Simon Krek and Aleksander Sadikov on the Future of Artificial Intelligence

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aleksander Sadikov and Assist. Prof. Dr. Simon Krek participated in the current affairs program Frekvenca X on Val 202, where they discussed new developments in artificial intelligence tools and looked ahead to the future of its development.

Dr. Sadikov highlighted numerous opportunities that artificial intelligence offers for progress in medicine and also touched on the awarding of the 2024 Nobel Prizes. Assist. Prof. Dr. Simon Krek presented a language model being developed at the Centre for Language Resources and Technologies and discussed how we can support the development of a Slovenian artificial intelligence model.
