In the show Intelekta , Assist. Prof. Dr. Vida Groznik from the UL Faculty of Computer and Information Science was a guest. Together with the other speakers, Prof. Dr. Sašo Džeroski, Prof. Dr. Griša Močnik, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nataša Atanasova, they discussed the role of artificial intelligence in environmental challenges.

The guests talked about how much truth there is in predictions about the revolutionary impact of artificial intelligence, where it is already being used, and what is being developed. They also discussed whether it can actually help reduce our carbon and environmental footprint, or whether high electricity consumption will be the fundamental problem.
